In order to check if a customer’s code is valid, head over to Bulk Bunny's dashboard.

To the right of your list of discount batches, you’ll find the Lookup Discount Code functionality.

Enter the code in the input box, and if it’s valid, Bulk Bunny will find it among your discounts and confirm which batch it’s part of.
